HNFS CareRadius Training San Diego, CA - Wednesday March 16, 2022

We are pleased to offer training on CareRadius, the Medical Management system for Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS). The training focuses on general system navigation to include authorizations and referrals, member search, documentation, correspondence, and the case/disease management modules.

We will also provide a demo on the Medical Management Dashboard, to include the R130 (MTF enrolled Prime inpatient report), the Daily Inpatient Admission Notification Report, Referral/Authorization Activity Report, and the Clearly Legible Report (CLR) Tracking Report. Training is designed for new users, those who routinely use the system and who are subject matter experts in their departments. Training Materials will be provided for all attendees.

Continuing Education credits (CEs) will be provided for clinicians. Participants have the option to attend one of three sessions offered. Each session covers the same materials, so please only sign up for one session.

Class size is limited to eight (8) people per session. 

In the event a class is full, you may choose to register for a different date or be added to a wait list. You can also cancle your registration to release your spot if necessary and sign up for a different session.  

Please ring the doorbell outside of suite 600 and you will then be directed to the classroom.

Parking is available onsite and is not reimbursed by HNFS, cash and credit cards are accepted by the ticket machine.

Parking rates: First hour free, $2 per additional hour and a maximum of $12 per day.

Food is available for purchase at the Eddy M’s onsite café. You will also have access to a refrigerator if you wish to bring your own lunch.
